[Resolved]  Tata Sky — set up box not receiving signal and often going on stand by mode

Our tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. Our set up box is not receiving signal often and goes on standby mode every 15 days interval. We have made many complaints, the centre at kotturpuram, chennai 600085 keep coming every 15 days and temporarily fix the problem which again comes back after 15 to 20 days time. Hope this complaint will help us to get rid of the mental harrassment we are put in by making repeated complaints for the same problem with no solution.
