[Resolved] Tata Sky — Setup box | |||
Subscriber id-[protected] 3 days back, i tried to lodge complaint at tata sky customer care no. Against disabled services but they denied to lodge my complaint and asked to recharge with rs. 200 and then to register complaint. I did the same, get the tata sky account recharged with 200rs and registered the complaint but i have not received any respond since last 3 days. More than rs. 40 are deducting everyday from my tatasky account against nothing, without any service. These kind of negligence is unexpected from tata sky. Date of complaint was 7th july, 2017 and right now is 9.15pm of 10th july, 2017 (I. E. No scope of resolution today. Was this information helpful? | |||

My set up box was not receiving signal at all and then called tata sky costomer service of that company and they started telling stuff and then said that the will charge us for the repairs of the system.
