[Resolved] Tata Sky — setup box issue | |||
Today, i had problems operating with tata sky. My setup box isn’t functioning and i could switch on the set up box. It is a technical issue which the company brand, tata sky should take care about and fix it. However, the setup box was provided by the tatasky company. Though the setup box was provided by tata sky, why would tatasky charge customers for the technical issues caused by the setup box. It is ridiculous and even when i contacted customer care, they were telling that the problem is not ours, it is from your side so you will be charged. I don’t understand the logic behind this. I have turned on my Tata Sky after 2-3 months andnow it is showing the error as this is the wrong card for the set top box. My Suscriber ID is [protected].

Hi! Help is here! Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
