[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal connectivity | |||
My tata sky id is: [protected]. And we were facing signal issues from the past 4 days. The customer care team has raised a request on sunday and assured us of technician visit the very next days. It has been more than 4 days and it is really shocking to see that no action aside empty assurances from the customer care team. They are clueless about when the issue will get really sorted. Quite painful to see how one of the top brands is treating their customers... Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Technician visited us today and resolved this issue. Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
