[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal disruption since 8 weeks. | |||||
There has been disruption in signal since 2 months. Today, there is no signal since 2.30 p. M. I have already sent my request to you at 3.30. Pm. There has been no response from tatasky hyderabad. This harassment is 8-week old. I have been requesting them to change the set top box or at least take away the same so that we will be relieved of our 2-month old agony. They do send their "technicians" each of whom questions me on his arrival whether i dry any clothes near the dish. I tell them that there are two tatasky connections in my house and the other one is functioning normally. Only the one in the main hall doesn't get regular signal. They do restore the signal at times from their end, but it would be short-lived. It is not me that the corporate house tatas has become a laughing stock in my surroundings. What a fall! Hi Rohit, - My RMN is [protected]. Kindly note my problem with Tata Sky is an intermittent disruption of signal varying between 15 minutes to 12 hrs., almost daily, more than 50 times so far, since last 9 weeks without any redress or response. My innumerable msgs., desperate and futile but regular calls to your Mumbai office (No.[protected] and also to the toll-free no. for complaints speak a lot about the disservice being rendered to me. - VSP Rao

I live in Banjara Hills Area of Hyderabad. I feel let down whenever the signal goes off and there has been no proper response. Perhaps, the set top box needs replacement. Local people of Tata Sky are conspicuous of their silence. Even the three "technicians" who visited on three different occasions were of no help since the signal goes off and on, all on a sudden. I expect better service and response from a reputed concern like Tata's. Tatas may be a giant organization but without their consumers being happy, they are just like a small town Govt. revenue office known for their anti-people attitude and red tape. Hope you got the point.
