[Resolved] Tata Sky — signal problem and no response from tata sky

Hi,

I have raised complaint as tata sky setup box not receiving the signal on 19th of september 2017, and the technician fixed it on 22nd of september 2017. After this within 1hr same problem occurred, and i've raised one more complaint. From 22nd of september 2017 daily i call them to remind this, and they say that as they will definitely resolve the issue by eod, but they don't. Its 25th september still the problem not resolved.

My tata sky not recieving signal in night between 7 to 12 p.m since 1 month.in morning it's working properly . I m not satisfy with tata sky.there is no solution of my problem since 1 month. I complaint about this problem many times.

My Tata Sky I.D [protected] .My monthly charges used to be Rs 260. This month it shown as Rs 290. How this increase has happened? I had not added any additional channel. Kindly clarify.
