Tata Sky — Signal Problem - No response from customer care - completely useless

I have registered the complain and no response till now. will you guys stop deducting the charges for the days where we havent any signal. you will never right. I believe this the time to go for local cable operator. Earlier there was proper support, hope those days are gone. what is the next level of escalation. are you guys planning for really giving a resolution... ?
