Tata Sky — signal problem...not a single channel visible | |||
Hello Team, My tata sky subscriber ID : [protected] Name : Ravindra Lokhande City : Pune I am very old customer of Tata sky. From 2 days I am not able to see any channel. Its showing signal problem. Last time a month ago there was upgradation from Tata sky and was unable to view channels for almost 10 days. It was understandable for time being. But now when I called customer care yesterday, One guy told that as the weather will get cleared, You will be able to view channels. Today morning almost 2 hrs it was sunny weather but still no channels were visible. Today night when I again called customer care, Another guy told me if you want to view channels, You have to pay 130 rs visiting charges. Is it my problem? I am monthly paying my charges. Apart from that if I am not getting service, Its duty of tata sky service providers to correct the signal problem we are facing and make service available for what I am paying monthly. If its not getting corrected soon, I will discontinue that Tata Sky services. Please note : I am paying for watching channels and if signal problem is there, You are again charging ???
