[Resolved]  Tata Sky — sony channel full package not being shown despite advance payment made for full year for all channels.

I have subscribed for 1 year premium package - and as per the contract tata sky is suppose to provide me entire package with all new added hd channels - however since last 2 months they have discontinued sony channel package - they have discontinued all important channels like sab tv hd, espn all channels, sony six hd, sony music, sony bbc earth hd.
They have breach of contract and not resuming services as per contracted rate.
Filing a complain for not providing services despite charges recovered in advance - gave me mental harassment for not timely provided entertainment when needed.

Not Acceptable at all - Since Tata Sky is not tolerating an hour of delay in payment - if we fail to pay on time and immediately dis-connecting the connection - then how come - a consumer tolerate.
It is your management negotiation fault - why you had not talked with management of Sony in time??
Why your management did not foresighted the coming possible hike from Sony??
This is total failure from your side and on the contrary you are cheating to your consumer??

What benefit I will be having to bare with you for non providing timely services??

I have already paid you very heavy charges - which are not levy by ANY ORTHER SERVICE PROVIDER IN YOUR INDUSTRY..

Compensate to me for non providing timely services as well as cheating and assure in writing that you will not further cheat to any consumer in future.

You and your management are getting very high salary - for what reason you are getting such a high salary??
You are suppose to provide the uninterrupted services with complete satisfaction.

Since there is no revert from your side nor concluded resolution provided by you - filing an official complain at local consumer redressal forum under the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Filing a complain for not providing services despite charges taken in advance and also compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000/= for wasting time for not providing services timely as per the contract done.
