I am tatasky DTH service consumer with ID [protected]. I received SMS from said service provider to to customize my multi tv before 15.6.2019. I am having mirror channel facility for my Hall tv and bed room tv, I don't need any other channel then what i have subscribed now. It is only for purpose of convenience i am having secondary tv under single connection. Service provider unilaterally cannot charge net work fee for both tv"s in my house, it is only an extended facility. I lodged a protest under complaint number SR[protected] dtd.22.5.2019 for refunding the entire cost incurred for multi tv installation and asked for reply in writing as I am having hearing problem due to old age. Service provider contacted over phone and informed my attendant that they don't have facility to reply by email/sms and closed the complaint preventing me to lodge protest with nodal agency

Tatasky probably failed to read my grievances, I have stated my hearing defective and asked them to write to my registered email or RMN. what is the pointing in repeatedly phoning to me. besides they treated my complaint has addressed and asked for rating. The phone numbers and sms of tatasky are one-way traffic and consumer cannot have the option to reply back

Tata Sky failed to respond, instead they are charging me now twice the stipulated new fork fee for using extended service to my room tv for one subscriber ID connection. Complaint my treated as closed as it is of no use
