[Resolved] Tata Sky — stopping services before due date | |||
We are tata sky dth user. Subscribers id.[protected] We recharged our acccount on 22th nov 2018 with annual sports dhamaka pack of rs.3000/-. But on 29th march 2019 they stopped our services by giving reason of trai rules. We did recharge before period of trai rules... Our recharge is for one year. But they did this. May 3, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 31, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi! As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit www.mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.
