[Resolved] Tata Sky — subscription was disconnected | |||
My self, anju bind, reachable at [protected]. On 2nd june i had recharged online my tata sky connection of subscriber id -[protected] with an amount of 350 rs with a validity of 1 month. After few days we got a call that tata sky account will be deactivated by16th june. So we were surprised how come its getting deactivated so soon. Then on 16th it got deactivated. On 17th june i called up tata sky customer care for the same. Then i was told that my base pack is different hence this happened. While recharging online when logged in using subscriber id i got dhamal package of 350 rs for 30 days validity hence i recharged the same, you system allowed me to do so, even though tata sky claims that the base pack is different i can not select this pack. Also after recharge the account was not getting activated, hence immediately i called up support number[protected], and i was told certain steps to be follow, to go to channel 114 etc, and hence we followed the same and hence the account got activated. We only got to know around 12th or 14the june that the account will be deactivated by 16th june, that's where we were surprised that why suddenly its getting deactivated. So i called up on 17th june after the account got deactivated on 16th june for complaining the same. I was told that my base pack is different and hence i can not recharge for any other packs and this is the reason it got deactivated soon, i was also told that i shall call to your customer care if i wish to change the base pack. My concern is that your online system allowed me to recharge for 350 rs where the validity period was 30 days, you system shall have given me error message or a warning message that i can not select this pack as my base package does not allow this type of recharge. I requested the guy attending the call to transfer my call to next level, and he did so, the person in next level also said the exact same that my base pack is different hence it got disconnected in 13 or so days. Again i requested the second level to transfer the call to next level (3rd level). Again the person in 3rd level said exact same thing. I requested them to take the complaint and resolve the issue and informed him that i will raise concern in consumer forum then he (3rd level guy) told me that he will contact me immediately after checking the details. I got call back after some time (It was around 11 pm on 17th june). Then he said he can not help, but he will get back to within 12 hours on next day but i did not get any call. I got a call around 11.30 am on 18th june where some one asked me that they got information that i have some problem in my tata sky hence a guy will come to my house to resolve the problem then i asked that person on call, that does he know what the problem is? Then that person told that no he does not know actual problem. Later he asked my location and i told bangalore then the guy says me that he got request for some other location and the contact detail was also not mine ([protected]) and said sorry and disconnected the call. I believe the tata sky team wanted to create a record that tata sky called me within said time to create false records. After few minutes again i got a call from tata sky and they confirmed that they can not do anything. I was never given any complaint number and the issue was not resolved till date. I wanted to raise complaint in consumer forum on 18th june, but i decided to give tata sky team some time to resolve the problem, but till date nothing happened, i only got call from tata sky 2-3 time, just asking for feedback that if i have any problem as my account is not yet activated, every time i explained the problem (By now it was 10th or 12th time i explained the problem) but till date nothing happened. I am finally fed up and do not want to given even single minute to resolve the problem Today i have raised complained in consumer forum and the docket number of the same is 320891, this is for your reference. I am really disappointed with your service and the team, who does not even want to understand the problem and take any steps, does not even accept that its tata sky problem but claims that its my mistake. I have been your customer from 2009 but that is of no use.
