[Resolved] Tata Sky — swapping of primary & secondary set up box | |||
Have been fed up with the false and different information provided by the customer care employees. All i wanted to do is swap my primary & secondary set up boxes. They made me recharge for 200 and did not complete the procedure for 6 days. After 6 days they call and say cannot process the request as account is inactive and ask me to recharge again.
