The technician took my box for service and promised me that he would bring it back the next day. It has been 5 days and there are still no calls or messages from them in terms of when the box will be returned. I have made over 20 calls over the last 5 days. Horrible service. Would like to change

I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter immediately and resolve your grievance.
