[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky deducted from my account w. o. no.132cauy7,.225.00 against my id [protected]. before his visit my tv started perfectly.

They are cheaters. They do what every they like deduct from customer's account.
I an understand if did any technical rectification.
But in my case they did nothing
Act of their deduction from customer's account is nothing but worest than rangadari behaviour.
In advance they are collecting for entertainment screening.
Being a customer, i am a victim.
Where do i go and appeal fir justification. Please

TATA Sky have activated a plan without my permission.

My tata sky id is [protected].

I called customer care, so they told me that I have activated this pack on call, so I want call details and recording of that call in which they are claiming that I have activated this pack.
