Dear Sir / Mam, I am Rajeev Sharma want to inform you that i am using your Tata sky service from last near about 4 yrs and from first day i facing signal related problem and regarding this i have locked complaint many time and now the frequency of complain is every next 2 or 3 days and every time technician and reset the signal but did not get permanently till now. Last week and this week i have locked the complain again and current complain no is W42Z2EL and before this as i told you many time locked complain. In this scenario if i am not able to use your service but on daily basis amount is deducting from your side then who is responsible for this why i am facing loose while problem is generating from your side.
