[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dodging customers | |||
Sir, I, rajneesh madhok, advocate, recharged the annual pack of tata sky with rs 3600/- for the monthly subscription of rs 299.32. Tata sky has its own system of days in a year, firstly its customer care personnel says that there are 30 days in a month and in a year it is 360 days which i admitted. And on the question of why not my annual subscription has been credited with the amount to be paid with one month's bonus. There is no reply by the tata sky personnel and the only excuse is that the said amount will be credited to your account after the expiry of one year period. What a funny jok??? And how they people are dodging the customers it is a new formula to harass public and extort money from public.
