I am searching words to write as worst as i can.. How cheap you guys, i tried to renew the package as i was doing regular basis, it was deducted 10, 032/- how could this possible, while large a complaint on service dept that back end team is so lethargic and she asking me to recharge for 25/- what rubbish is this. Now this is festival season i required my hard earn money at any cost. Don't take this likely i can do anything at the bottom of this... If you guys have sense and well cultured revert back this mail and call me, not from your uneducated back team who dont have proper solution. Need call back from manager desk. Albert fernando a
