[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky dth - complaint on customer service and technical support

None of the employee is giving proper response to call. Tata sky dth employees are not aware of facilities available. I have requested for sony tv till today i did get any response or call. I took connection on 1st november 2018 and the technical person was very rude and did give us any information regarding dth. They have not provided facilities mentioned at the time explanation. Searching a channel is time consuming.

i have requested for Sony channel, till now I didn't get any response and not able connect to customer care number.
