[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata sky dth connection[protected] | |||
My number is [protected]. I have 3 connections of Tata sky. I had subscribed it from February 2016. From 22nd November 2016the connection is not working till date. They are not repairing it neither are they terminating it. They are in advantageous situations because they have WBMmdish installed i.e common dish for the building. The builder is not allowing for another company dish to be installed and they are not repairing it. They are saying the switches are being robbed so we will penalise for it. We said society is not formed so the builder still has the possession. The agreement is between builder and tatasky why will we pay for the robbed switches. He said then you have to stay without TV connection. I have given several complaint regarding the technician outsourced head Sagar and his assistant Santosh Waghmare ([protected]). No action has been taken. Neither are they terminating my Tata sky connection. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jan 16, 2017 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we did spoke to you regarding the corcern and have informed that the account is deactivated and we cannot cancel the accouint. Please recharge with a minimum amount.
