[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dth relocation | |
Hi, I have lodged a call regarding relocation of my tata sky dth on 19 feb 2018 and the technician visited on 20th feb 2018 but after visiting he denied to relocate the dth and giving reasons it wont be any of the location. I requested him to fix it on the roof but he denied by saying there is no space to fix it where as there is lots space and we can easily fix the dth. Some time later i realize that technician doesn't want to climb on roof and because of that he was giving excuses. It seems tata sky doesn't value their customer. Very bad and pathetic experience. I wanted to know how the second technician relocated DTH and it is working fine now, while the technician visited earlier refused to relocated by saying signal will not be caught at the location. It seems and behavioral wise I felt technician doesn't want to do the work and that's why he was giving excuses. Vey bad and pathetic experience.
