[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dth service completely disrupted from past 3 weeks | |||
Well there are no end my sorrows in the aftermath of the cyclone fani for which finally i had to get this matter to notice. Since 3rd may 2019, there has been no connection/signal in our tatasky dth connection bearing id - [protected]. It is been almost more than 3 weeks we have a dead connection. I have made almost 100+ calls, lodged complaints and escalated it numerous times but seems like they are just not been looked into or the support people including the engineers just don't care about it. I have 4 connections at my residence. Inspite of being a loyal and privileged tatasky customer, it feels like being under-privileged. I am an employee of tcs (Tata group of companies) and i really do understand the business process and importance of customer and customer satisfaction for all round excellence. This time, i am really sorry to say you have disappointed me to the core with this poor quality of service (Which was never expected from your employees). Atleast a correct and transparent communication is expected from the customer care team. Every time i call them, the only thing i hear from them is engineers are going to call me asap. Could you please ask your folks to explain what is the meaning of asap? Do they really understand it? On top of it engineers are demanding money for their personal use and asking us not to disclose the information to tatasky officials or else they are threatening not to come over to our place to get it sorted. I mean, i still don't understand what is going on? Is this a monopoly? Finally, all i would request you is to intervene in my current situation and get the issue sorted at the earliest (I won't use the word asap although i do understand what is means).in addition to that i would also want you to initiate my refund for last 3 weeks as the dth was completely out of order. I hope my grievances is taken into serious account this time and the issue is resolved at the earliest. With all due respect, i am seriously going to loose my patience this time if the issue is not taken into proper hands and sorted out. Was this information helpful? | |||
