[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dth service issue | |||
Hi, I have raised complaint as tata sky setup box is having sound issue on 24th of september 2017, and the technician came on 25th of september 2017. After visiting he was not confident whether set top box has issue or wire when i insisted him so he said we can replace box but it's chargeable rs 400/- we agreed but he was replacing my set top box with old repaired set top box. I asked him when is taking money then why not replacing with new box he doesn't have an answer. I called customer care they asked rs. 990/- for new box. I asked him simple question you are replacing my set top box that too chargeable why? He rudely said you used it. Worst service experience... Feeling cheated...
