Madam, Dear Sir,

I am satisfied customer of TATA SKY DTH since long. This is the first time I am raising compliant as under:

I have raised a request on 25.02.2018 for deactivating Sony Ten 3 pack from my services. Immediately after raising request I was unable to view the channel. After that I received a message request will be processed in 30 min.

Today at 11.59 am, I have received a message as "Dear Tata Sky subscriber, if you want to drop Sony Ten 3 ALC pack from your account please give a missed call on[protected] from your RMN". After giving missed call, the same services was activated on my pack which I have requested to deactivate. As the message clearly indicated that this request is for deactivation. I treat this as fraud and condemn this policy.

I request that the specific service shall be dropped immediately from my pack and redeem me the charges debited. If query remain unresolved, the same shall be forwarded to Ombudsman.
