[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky has worst and unethical customer care in india | |
Account id: [protected] For the last 2 days in my account telgu pack is getting activated with rs 45 as per month charge. Customer care is saying i am giving missed call to activate this which is a big lie. I am writing this after i have spent more than 1 hr talking to several customer care executive but i have no solution yet. Still now each day in my account telgu pack is getting automatically activated and their call center executive have no idea regarding this. Unethical and bad practices tata sky is now a days undertaking to make money from consumers. Writing this post to make others aware of their unlawful practices. Was this information helpful? | |
