Customer ID-[protected] Let me start by giving you a brief about our relation with Tatasky. We had 2 primary connections, and 3 secondary. We got rid of 1 primary and 2 secondary connections. Now we are currently left with 1 primary and 1 secondary- ACTIVE connections. A few months back, my primary set top box was not working. Se we got 1 of the secondary box replace that..by your technician itself. All I was required to do later was get that digital box converted to the primary one..and close the other connection. So again I was left with only 2 connections. 4 days back; I again faced the same problem with my primary digi box. So logged a complaint. When the technician came, I SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED HIM…CLEARLY.. to use my existing inactive secondary box ONLY…to which he agreed. But, unfortunately, I was required to step out for a couple of minutes to get my daughter from school. In the meantime, he saw the OPPORTUNITY and CONVINCED my aged, unwell mother and my husband to BUY ANOTHER SET TOP BOX for 700 /-from your "fraud company"… the things he told them…LIED TO THEM AND CONVINCED THEM… 1. It will be a big loss monetary wise to them. 2 they will have to pay DOUBLE now as the other connection too will be resumed. 3. It is VERY DIFFICULT TO CONVERT SECONDARY CONNECTION TO PRIMARY…and takes more than 10 days…so will not be able to view services for 10 days!!!???? Doing so, he immediately called me and took the OTP…and when I asked him for the details of the work order..he said that he is doing something and will call me back to explain in some time. After about 5 mins he called and told me that he had replaced the faulty digibox with the company one and that 700/- will be deducted from my account. I told him immediately that this is not what I had asked for. He was EXTREMELY RUDE…NOT READY TO LISTEN… and said that he had done so with my husband’s and mother’s consent. Has your company really gone bankrupt that you have started EXTRACTING money from customers…via your FRAUD technicians!!! its been 9 days now and they have been TORTURING ME ENDLESSLY with their calls... without any solution provided. Just now received another call ... after 3 calls today itself... the RUDE EXECUTIVE told me that " NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW. YOUR MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED". Was this information helpful? | |||
