Tata Sky — tata sky new connection | |||
I had heard a lot about Tata sky, therefore I installed it on 1/5/18, when I visited the website I received a call telling me that the connection that I want I will have to pay 1600/- for it and I will get a month's subscription free.After about three days I received a message that I need to recharge on 19/5/18 or my services will be disabled, i was also promised to be able to see all the channels and then decide on my package, after many complaints no action has been taken... the customer service executive only says sorry and asks me to recharge...there was a payment issue also, were I felt cheated by the company.They simply seem to misguide the customer and instead of giving a solution they come up with new information that leaves me harassed. I just want to do away with the connection as my trust is completely broken. Was this information helpful? | |||
