[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky no response; non-interest to solve my problem | |||
Tata sky have discontinued sony set and ten sports since 1st october 2018, in spite of the fact that aforesaid channel are included in my list of channels subscribed. I was directed to dial certain number which i did immediately got a message that "our representative will call shortly". That representative is yet to call!! In the process, i missed good programme.in fact, even today all the numbers mentioned in the customer care directory remain unresponsive... I think, showing the right attitude of customer service... Don't respond!! (Sic). I am a subscriber of tata sky from 2007. I find their attitude is rather monopolistic... "take what i throw at you or get out..!!" they don't bother about anything. Their sole motive is to harass a customer as badly as they can. Totally non communicative... With this note i want to hear from them why the channels were stopped without informing me. Commercial negotiations with broadcasters broke down because what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices.
