[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky not broadcasting channels I paid for | |||
Sir It has been more than 24 hours since i have been complaining to tata sky customer care, social media, watsup that 2 channels which i paid for in my package are not active. Mnx channel 381 & privehd channel 385. Nothing has been done to activate the channels. If i do not pay their monthly rental before or on the due date they deactivate all my channels. When they expect me to be punctual in payment. Why are they not punctual in resolving customer problems? I expect you to credit my account with hours lost & from now on when i switch on the tv i will activate the channel i want to watch & after watching the movie. Will deactivate the channel so you will only charge me only for hours watched. I did not watch these channels few days back & i am not aware if you had been broadcasting the channels earlier also. It is not my job to see all channels are playing everytime i switch on the tv. I call customer care & get stupid answers.
