[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata sky not working - 22/05/2017 | |||||
Registered mobile no.- [protected] Complaint was registered on 22nd may 2017 at 0906 hrs for sudden stoppage of tata sky. I was asked to switch off the setup box and switch on again by customer care executive but setup box was not responding. I was assured that the technical person will contact me by 12:00 am and technician will visit my house to resolve the issue. I have not received any message from tata sky so i called tata sky customer care and came to know that my complaint has been postponed for tommorrow without any comment. Customer care person asked me to postponed the appointment My tata sky is not working for but the company will make sure that money keeps getting deducted from my tata sky account despite of system not working and service not been provided to me, Services of tata sky is very poor and we need to collectively take up the issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
