Tata Sky — Tata sky not working properly at all | |
Hi I am Sumit Agarwal from Surat. We have 2 Tata sky connections (a total of 5 Tata sky boxes) at our home registered with my mobile number [protected] (1 box) and my brother’s mobile number [protected] (4 boxes) We have been loyal Tata sky customers since years but now after we have shifted to house it has been giving us much much problems. So since a year I have tried complaining and getting the problem resolved. But no Tata sky head or anyone is able to do anything. So now please please help me to remove all the boxes and get the refund on boxes. On Tata sky helpline, the executives say that there is no refund even on the boxes that are only couple of years old purchased in ₹5000-₹10, 000 per box.
