Hi, i was not using my tatasky for few months and i recharge yesterday but face a problem showing: This is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error) Nds no.:[protected] Digicard id is[protected] (14) I believe in the company tata sky, would take this matter as quick as possible, hoping for the best and believe it would resolve today itself. Jan 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved 'It says mark complain as resolved' but nothing changes it is the same, though i off the switch and on the set top box. Change the channel but it doesn't work. Please solve Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have tried to contact customer care many times but they reject the call. They take money every month but the picture doesn't show clearly on the screen. The picture is pixelated. But they are not helping.
