Tata Sky — tata sky service non operational for ID [protected] at mumbai

It is a matter of great concern that Tata sky is making fool to customers while upgrading . Many TV sets are either not working or partially working from last 8 days we get only few channel. Also I came to know that whenever technicans are coming, they simply say LNB problem and it will charge Rs. 350. Tata sky has selected the way of business of earning Rs 350/- . It seems that CEO Tata sky is also involved in this business while doing upgradation and the innocent customer pay Rs 350/- .In some case LNB was changed few months back. How LNB can go faulty very often. It is understood that DD channel should suppose to come free of cost which are not available. First it is difficult to get Tata associates on phone .If we get then you have to wait for 5 minutes, then phone automatically gets disconnected and we have to pay telephone charges which comes upto Rs 10/- My customer Id is [protected] . Upgradation is Tatasky problem. Why customer should tolerate it for 8 days. My compliant is pending from last 8 days and I am getting only 4 channels. I have recharged upto September 2015. A reply of few words will be appreciated. If CEO Tatasky is not capable to give satisfaction to customers then he should quit.He should not make business by charging Rs 350/- to customers or he should refund our amount paid upto september 2015
