[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky setup box software update issue | |||
I have multi tv Tata Sky connection. Tata Sky did a software update few weeks ago and after that my Tata Sky HD channels started to freeze. I called Tata sky customer care and a technician visited my house. He said there is an issue with LNB and he changed it. That costed me Rs 300. But the issue didn't resolve. I called customer care again and again technician visited and he said, he needs to change digicard and Setup box too. Technician are very much dumb. They have no clue whats wrong. Literally, tata sky cant solve their problem and asking customers to change whole setup to solve this. This is insane. Why customer pay for something which was caused due to their software update ?
