[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky stopped subscribed channels without my consent

Today some channel like Sony etc has been closed by Tata Sky in my subscriber no [protected], whereas the sufficient balance has been maintained by me. Kindly lodge my complaint and redress immediately. I am very disappointed with the way tata sky has closed all avenues for resolving the problem. Chat is unavailable, customer care no is unresponsibe, so also fb messanger. Please treat this as urgent on top priority. Highly disappointing that the no displayed on the channel for giving miss call on registered mobile doesnot connect.

Updated by Subhankar Tripathi My channels are not showing as per subscribed packs. Tatasky it seems is hellbent on harassing its customers. A msg comes on sony channel that if you want to view Sony 130 channel give missed call from registered no. to a no. which does not connect in the first place.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi! Commercial negotiations with broadcasters broke down because what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices.
