Tata Sky — Tata Sky Technician & They Lied And Deducted My Money

I Cannot watch my Tata from 2 days I have called to customer support they told they will arrange technician visit the technician visited firstly he told there is fault in Antenna and suddenly he is telling that my Tata sky set-up box has defect so he requested to change it and I have waited a day but my issue doesn't resolved after a day he came with set-up box I don't know it's new or renewed without bill & box he changed my box and told me a bill of ₹ 550 but after changing of my box then also I can't watch my program the problem exist the same then he again telling that your Tata sky setup box and the anteena both defected and he told me that tomorrow issue will be resolved no contact from Tata sky or from that technician then I have called to local Technician he came & just charged me 450 Rs and he changed just only LNB and my problem solved and no anyone contaced again from Tata sky after my box changed and when I recharged of ₹301 Tata sky Deducted my whole money and the balance is in -242 I only want to know my box was not defected then why they changed and if changed also then why after changing that box my problem won't resolved after waiting 2 days of box changing my problem not solved then I payed xtra 450 to local Technician as from 5 days I can't watch my Tata sky and my recharge is deducted day by day and I can't wait and there is no contact from Tata sky I have solved my problem ownself by local Technician by paying ₹450 then why I will pay Tata sky if my issue not resolved and they didn't contact me regarding that they directly charged me 550₹ and then also my issue won't resolved by them

A total of ₹550 for repairing service & As per my pack 5 days delay = 10Rs a day

No refund has been issued I have paid 550 rs for replacing setup box then also my problem not solved then it's my right that I will not pay for that set-up box as my problem didnt solved only 120 rs has been issued by Tata sky I have right if my box has no problem why it has changed why I will pay 550 rs please return my old box it was in working condition return my old box as I have full right as my box changed without reason give my old box that's it...

Simple thing if after box replacement if I can't watch the program then why I will pay for new replaced box kindly return my old box or refund my money or simply u return my old box I don't want repair from ur technician who is cheater it is depended on me that I have to change my box or not he changed program not came then I request u gya that kindly return my old box that's it the technician that have came for repairing was from Tata sky then it was ur problem the customer will not call u time by time the technician told me to wait I have waited as it was from Tata sky team so I have waited and u r telling why u not called us Cheater cheater cheater simple thing one word box changed program not came then why I will pay return my old box or return my money

Ur visit charge was ₹150 u take that 150 and ur associates told me if my problem will be solved then only that ₹150 will be taken but the box price 400 and I have replaced it but problem not solved then kindly u can return that box but u have deducted my money from my account I don't want replacement then return my 480 Rs as 120 rs already refunded and take ur new box and return my old box I don't want replacement
