Tata Sky — Tata Sky Technician & They Lied And Deducted My Money | |||
I Cannot watch my Tata from 2 days I have called to customer support they told they will arrange technician visit the technician visited firstly he told there is fault in Antenna and suddenly he is telling that my Tata sky set-up box has defect so he requested to change it and I have waited a day but my issue doesn't resolved after a day he came with set-up box I don't know it's new or renewed without bill & box he changed my box and told me a bill of ₹ 550 but after changing of my box then also I can't watch my program the problem exist the same then he again telling that your Tata sky setup box and the anteena both defected and he told me that tomorrow issue will be resolved no contact from Tata sky or from that technician then I have called to local Technician he came & just charged me 450 Rs and he changed just only LNB and my problem solved and no anyone contaced again from Tata sky after my box changed and when I recharged of ₹301 Tata sky Deducted my whole money and the balance is in -242 I only want to know my box was not defected then why they changed and if changed also then why after changing that box my problem won't resolved after waiting 2 days of box changing my problem not solved then I payed xtra 450 to local Technician as from 5 days I can't watch my Tata sky and my recharge is deducted day by day and I can't wait and there is no contact from Tata sky I have solved my problem ownself by local Technician by paying ₹450 then why I will pay Tata sky if my issue not resolved and they didn't contact me regarding that they directly charged me 550₹ and then also my issue won't resolved by them Was this information helpful? | |||
