Hi, we have recharger for rs. 10, 750 for ultra pack subscription in tata sky for our 2 setup box one year subscription as informed by the call centre agent Since we have 2 box we were not getting the messages and the recharge was not done. Instead they were deducting monthly rental from our account till all the amount had been utilized from my account The call centre is refusing to make any changes and want us to pay again This is a very negative and unfrofessional responses from a tata sky and i will never be using this in future Just wanted to complain to make Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, that's not how it should have been. We've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
