[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Tataplay account deactivated [protected]

IOn 11 june I lodged complaint with tataplay regarding two remotes not working properly, both the remotes were under valid warranty. on 12 june technician arrived and replaced with new remotes and taken the old ones. on 13 june 22 my account debited with rs 400/- for two remotes though the remotes were under warranty. on 14 june my account deactivated. I told customer care they informed that their team will call me but their team gave miss call and never receive the call whenever I call back they never received.they hve done this two times. their call center representative cannot answer or solve the poblem but I am suffering the problem for last 7 days in spite of recharging my account. can I lodge complain with TRAI

on 23/6/22 tataplay ececutive called me and refunded the wrong deduction in my account.They apologise d for delay and inconvenience caused.Thanks consumer complaints forum.

my complaint resolved successfully on 23/6/22 after lodging several complaints and thanks to consumer complaints forum for the help.
