Tata Sky — technical issue not resolved

I am a customer with tatasky for over 9 years and relocated recently to bidaraguppe area off sarjapura road in a sprawling society of over 1300 flats. I am being facing issues with the connection for last 5-6 days and made repeated calls to customer care, sent an email to ceo’s office and received one response only that my area has a “local cable operator issue” hence they are not able to service my call. I find that immensely hilarious that an organisation so big is failing to respond to a loyal customer because of a bunch of bullies.
[Dec 27, 2017] Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
