[Resolved] Tata Sky — technical issue/ pathetic services | |||
Hi, my tatasky id is [protected]. I have to call technicians every two weeks, these connections are for my parents and they can’t handle this crap all the time. Tatasky is charging rs150.00 for every visit, i have asked them to close 1 connection out of 3 but that is still active and i’m paying for it for nothing. I have called them several time to change the setup box because it hangs in 15 minutes and then we have to restart in every 15-20 minutes. No resolution provided. Was this information helpful? | |||

Not receiving the signal properly Signal strength is 60 & was signal Quality is 00 ...This is the My complaint ... Whether is Gud also ... Signal was week in Quality ... How was the problem will solved Tata sky

14 days gone but till now my problem not resolve, technician visit before 10 days and received 550 rupees for new box but they have closed my complaint, customer care do not response my call
