[Resolved]  Tata Sky — technician took cash but didn't put it in the account

Dear mr sanjay mittal,

I have been an ardent user of tata sky since 2006 having more than 16 connections at our 3 residences with almost all on annual platinum hd packs.

Everything was smooth until last 2 months.in the last 2 weeks i made 2 complaints (Service request no: 17ih6opr and 17mhav1h). It is my regret that both complaints were handled very unprofessionally without satisfying me.

I am tired of explaining the entire thing to one by one to over a dozen people and not even a single person has taken anything i have said seriously..

I would also like to inform you that i will wait at most a week starting today, if no solution is found, i will be approaching the consumer court against tata sky, the local service center of tatasky and the technician who visited to solve this issue. Kindly treat this email as a final notice and a last change to solve this issue before i seek legal assistance.

Yes, you are right that I have been communicated regarding the mentioned complaint but the saddest part is no action has been taken yet in spite of me having proved many proofs of my claim. I never expected a Tata group company to have such a bad customer service.

PS: This didnt even deserve 1 star.
