[Resolved]  Tata Sky — temporary suspension of services to tata sky id : [protected]

On 23 oct 19 a call was made for temporary suspension of my connection from 24 oct 19 on wards. I was informed to do it on line. However inability to do that way was projected back.
On 19 nov while projecting to reactivate the connection i was informed that the account is active and suspension was not done as no records held. It was also found that the balance left on 24/10/2019 as about rs 300/= was reduced to about rs 140/= as on 19/11/2019. Amount has been debited on regular basis without the services being used.
It was requested to check the usage for the said period and request was registered with no. As 1qtqgqzn.
At 11:08 am on 20/11/19 message from tata sky received on their inability to contact me with promise to contact again. However no call ever came on my rmn. No missed call is found on my rmn before or after 11:08 am as claimed by tata sky.
At 1532 hrs a message was sent by tata sky that the request has been resolved. No details given.
Not understood as to how the request no.1qtqgqzn has been resolved without even giving the details.
The use of services by the consumer can easily be checked and verified in the system records.
