[Resolved]  Tata Sky — the complaint is regarding tata sky disk is not working. i recharged the disk 2 times

I getting error while i start watching my tata sky tv. The error message is below

This is the wrong card for this set top box
(Pairing error)

Digicard id is[protected]

My tata sky subscriber id[protected]
Mobile: [protected]

I recharged again my tatasky disk by issue is still persisit.
