[Resolved] Tata Sky — transaction done but no subscriber id | |
I bought a connection on 6th september directly from tata sky website. I completed the transaction, and received an email with payment receipt which had a tata sky transaction id and details of the transaction. Post that, no subscriber id has been generated. I received no calls about installation. When checked with customer care, they said they can't do anything or check without subscriber id, and they asked me to email to [protected]@tatasky.com. On emailing i keep receiving an automated email saying we could not find the subscriber id linked to your email. I have no idea what to do here. This is just a horrible purchase experience.
