[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to change the base package to south sports plus / south prime | |||||
Sir, I have been a tata sky customer for the past six years with the account number - [protected]. I called the customer care to change the base pack to south sports plus which satisfies all my monthly needs and within my budget., but when contacted tata sky refused to change the base pack either to south sports plus and south prime @ 290/- month which is totally unfair for a long standing customer. Kindly change the back pack as per my request, else i have to look for some other operator who takes care the customer request seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||||
