[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to drop channels | |||
For the past month star world premiere has been subscribed to my account without any reason, however unable to drop the same as the channel doesn't show under modify pack on the website. Contacted your help care 4 time from the past 2 weeks. All they do is repeat the process to drop the channel which is unhelpful as i already know the procedure. I have to repeatedly tell them that i am not seeing the channel under subscriped list. I didn't expect this pathetic service from company like tata sky. Kindly drop the mentioned pack and do not expect any further. Recharges from the account as we don't like to pay for channel we do not want. Was this information helpful? | |||
