[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to get channels but no response from tata sky | |||
I have raised a request to resolve my tata sky issue which i am facing from past 5 days but tata sky team are not responding properly. My request id for tata sky:18qfhxu5 I have took 1 year package of 1860 and asked the tata sky team to activate it on thursday (30/10/2018), from them i am not getting any channels which are in my package and i have been complaining them from the same day but no one is responding even the technician came to home but even he is not doing anything and now no one is responding to my calls. Tata sky is not showing live telecast of cricket match on DD National or DD sports & forced to buy star sports intentionally.which is not fair & unethical. It is violation of govt law or rule to show match on DD National or DD sports but Tata sky keeping these channels off.

Hi, we understand your concern. All matches of national importance are to be blocked on DD sports/DD national as per the supreme court order.
I have purchase tata sky from Croma store Aurangabad on dated 3.11.2018 but till date n time tata sky's service man doesn't install dish antenna, but service is active on dated 5.11.18 and local service person doesn't take call or doesn't any response. His name is sahil patel and no. Is [protected]. So I think Tata sky's service is horrible.
