Tata Sky — Unable to get refund even after 6 days | |
I have made a transaction of Rs. 249 on 07.01.2020 to Tatasky via internet banking through their portal and received the message of a successful transaction from tata sky as well from the bank about the debited amount later I received the message from the tatsky that your transaction was failed. Since the money is already debited from my account and till now (after 6 days) did not get a refund. Meanwhile, I have contacted to my bank they said the transaction is successful from their side. Now I want to know where is my money because I have not used any intermediate site for this transaction so it should be transparent and till now I should get my refund.
