[Resolved] Tata Sky — unable to recharge after 12 midnight | |
My tatasky subscriber id is [protected]. I have tried to recharge my tata sky account many times after midnight but every time the server seems to be down and i am not able to recharge. On calling the customer services, they usually give excuses like "system maintenance" is in process or some "technical updation" is going on. This can be a genuine reason for one night or two but not always. And if tatasky has to keep their systems down during the night periods, then they should still keep a way for customers to recharge their accounts, whenever they want to, so that the customers do not suffer. And even if that is not possible, the tatasky should give prior information to its customers that there is going to be some technical problem during the night period due to which customers won't be able to recharge their accounts during the period, so that the customer is aware of the issue beforehand and does not suffer.
