This problem i started facing is more than 20 days. It gives an error saying "card initialising (28)" or no signal.
The technician visted more than three time but they are unable to resolve the issue. I am paying for the service but i am unable to use them. What's amazing is that they are least bothered about solving the problem. They vist and with few minutes they claim to solve the problem, but the same problem reappears after couple of hours. They even changed my card in the set top box charged me rs 300 but the issue is still not solve. Even after informing the local technician that the issue has reappeared they do not pay any attention.

It's not even a week an it's not working again. Your service is not credible. I requested me for a call back to explain about the charges, yet to receive a call back. And today once again it is not working. You service is not worth the money we pay for it. Need this to be resolved. I[censored] can't, pay me for my set top box, refund my money for all the days that I could not watch TV and compensate me for all the harresment u have caused and I will look for a better option.
I had also complained about Tata sky. Since last 2 months I am not able to view it properly. Initially they told to change the box to HD, which we did after paying 1000, since then I have continuous problem, I have complained multiple times but they don't care
